General Conditions
General Conditions applied in the Western Mediterranean in compliance with the contracts of the MYBA (Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association)
The price of the charter includes:
- Charter and insurance of the vessel
- Crew members' salary and board
- Laundry expenses for linen used on board
All additional expenses shall be charged to the lessee, including: food and beverages for the tenant and their guests, fuel expenses (main motors, generators, annexes, jet skis, etc.), laundry expenses for personal effects, communication expenses, berthage, port dues, customs formalities as well as local and/or national taxes.
General conditions in the Eastern Mediterranean
The price of the charter includes:
- Charter and insurance of the vessel
- Crew members' salary and board
- Laundry expenses for linen used on board
- Fuel for a daily average of 4 hours of sailing
- Port and anchoring dues
- Half-board (Generally, 2 meals per day are included, breakfast and lunch)
All additional expenses shall be charged to the lessee, including: Food and beverages for the tenant and their guests, supplementary fuel expenses (main motors, generators, annexes, jets skis, etc.), laundry expenses for personal effects, communication expenses, port and anchoring dues outside of the vessel's normal sailing area, local and/or national taxes.
General conditions for Greece
The price of the charter includes:
- Charter and insurance of the vessel
- Crew members' salary and board
- Laundry expenses for linen used on board
- Port fees and anchorage dues in Greek waters
All additional expenses shall be charged to the lessee, including: food and beverages for the tenant and their guests, fuel expenses (main motors, generators, annexes, jets skis, etc.), port taxes, the toll for the Corinthian Canal, communication expenses, port and anchoring dues outside of Greek waters.
General conditions for the Caribbean Sea
The price of the charter includes:
- Charter and insurance of the vessel
- Crew members' salary and board
- Laundry expenses for linen used on board
- Fuel for a daily average of 4 hours of sailing
- Food for the lessee and their guests (3 meals a day are usually included)
All additional expenses shall be charged to the lessee, including: alcoholic and other drinks for the lessee and their guests, supplementary fuel expenses (main motors, generators, annexes, jets skis, etc.), communication expenses, port and anchoring dues, local and/or national taxes.
